Question

Why would it say the AGI does not match the 2020 return, when it actually does match. Is this a common issue?

Return was rejected twice. I even downloaded the transcript from IRS to make sure the amount was correct.

If the 2020 tax return was processed late in 2021 then the AGI for you name and SS number will not be in the IRS database.

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file again.

This happens to a lot of TurboTax filers every year,

even when IRS is operating smoothly.

The reason seems to be a bug in TurboTax, but they won't admit it.

Other posters have shown they can e-File elsewhere with their AGI number.
