Can i please upgrade and let turbo tax fix my efile internet is saying information doesn’t match theirs cause i had a change of address I guess but not sure that’s why. Can turbo tax professionals fix my efile so I can get refunds please I’m begging someone please and I pay with my federal return

Most, if not all, states do not allow payment of state taxes owed by credit card when using tax preparation software.

In the File section of the program on Step 2, when state taxes are owed, you are given options on how to pay the state taxes. If payment by credit card is not available you will have to access the California FTB website to pay by credit card - https://www.ftb.ca.gov/pay/credit-card.html
