If you are trying to file as Head of Household you must meet certain criteria.  One of them is that you must pay over 50% of the expenses of running the household.  The other one that is very important is that you must have a qualifying dependent (usually a child, but sometimes an adult who is related to you).

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your marital status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.
