Why is turbo tax Holding my stimulus check but yet has no availability for customer service at all on the Internet the telephone anyway shape or form can anybody answer me these questions

I am not sure I agree with this what about the people who have done direct deposit to their bank and where made to agree to Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC and Green Dot Bank Refund Processing Service Agreement ("Agreement")

For direct deposit, why would Turbo Tax & HR Block users not be receiving their stimulus check when non user have?

Turbo Tax has nothing to do with the stimulus payments; they come directly from the IRS

I have seen several people ask this question. I am not sure we are getting the correct answer.

When we use your service to process out tax returns, are have to sign up for the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC and Green Dot Bank Refund Processing Service Agreement ("Agreement") which is what Turbo tax uses to process our refund.

So my question to you is have our stimulus check gone to this bank? and when are they going to go to our banks?

I have not received a stimulus check, I am now wondering if the stimulus went to the green dot bank, is this possible?

Possibly. The IRS is also sending out their own debit cards via Metabank. TurboTax will not have that information. The stimulus deposit comes directly from the IRS.
