Why is the fee $219 for “live support” but the live support isn’t even a human or actually supportive in any ways ? Seems like a scam.

It’s $219 to file your taxes, if you aren’t a new customer (no benefits for returning customers is crazy). There is supposed to be multiple factors that make up this cost, the live feature the biggest one. Yet it’s absolutely zero help. Giant scam.

It’s definitely a rip off… a scam. We’ve been flim-flammed, bamboozled, and hoodwinked. I didn’t even get a real person but got some paragraphs on the side of the screen that I could have Googled myself!! I didn’t even ask for live assistance. I won’t be using Turbo Tax anymore either… good riddance!!!
