Why, if I signed up for the $39.99 price, why is it saying I will be charged $78.98 for two items?
You are not answering my question. Is this saying I have to pay an extra $39.99 to have the Turbotax fee taken from my refund?
If you choose the optional service to pay your TurboTax fee from your federal refund, the cost of that service is $39.99. You can avoid that cost by paying with a credit card before you file.
There is also an additional $39.99 fee for a state return when using any of the online Products other than the Free Edition.
