Why cant i efile my state return e file fed was accepted you say need change conversion on state to e file no conversion made??

if I have to print and mail state please refund my 24.99 screen shows column in income worksheet should be blank looks blank to me other then that I don't know what to do please help

If you paid to e-file your state return, and then find you are unable to e-file it, please contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours for assistance. To contact Support, use the info below.
