Why cant I access my Turbo Card for my stimulus check?

I keep getting error messages on the app and the website. The customer service number has a busy signal. I filed with this card last year and I understand we should be getting our stimulus check the same way. Why is the apps and sites down? How will we receive our stimulus checks? Who can we talk to when we cant log in?

having the same exact issue. ive never used this card. until this year. and im reading things about scams. so im not honestly sure hopefully someone can answer this.
