Why am I being to file a state return?? Premier contains 1 free state return. Also, how can I avoid the $ 39.99 fee for direct deposit?

I am being charged a $ 29.99 fee to file my state return.  Premium contains 1 free state return.  This is it.

How do I avoid the $ 39.99 direct deposit fee?

I don't understand why I paid the 39.99 either... I thought it was free but when I called they said they took it... I'm still missing 1000 so I'm a lil upset to say the least... I'm calling attorneys because I googled the PE4 tax products that the deposit comes from and this is apparently an HUGE issue
