Why am I being charged an EXTRA $39.99 to take a $19.99 e-file fee out of my refund?
You are actively discriminating against people who don't have credit or debit cards, the people who can afford it the least! Between this and your current lobbying efforts to ban free filing via Congress, I'm going to make it a special hobby to trash this practice in general and Intuit's use of it in particular.
This practice is inexcusable, particularly since I actually paid for the software. I'll be sure to try and find a pirated copy next time solely because of this.
