Who, in Intuit (TurboTax), can I reach out to during the year to ask about W4 questions?

Thank you for doing this "Ask the Experts" session. If I cannot actively attend this throughout the day, who can I either talk to or pay for expertise for W4 advice within Intuit. I was told that it may not be a consultation that is not offered by Inuit, but I would like a definitive answer to that. Thank you.
