I had medicaid for half of 2021, and employer insurance for the other half. I didn't get any tax forms for health insurance except a letter from my state telling me I had coverage. Do I need to put anything in my tax return about this? I went through all the "Medical Deductions" section in TurboTax but didn't find anything.

Based on the description you gave you will not have to make any adjustments to your medical insurance. At the end, in the Federal Review, it will ask about medical insurance, and you will indicate that you had a plan all year. Some states also follow up with additional questions.
