I only see single and I need to claim head of house hold

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your marital status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.

For Head of Household status you must have entered a dependent that is related to you to be eligible and you must have provided over one-half the cost to maintain your home.

The TurboTax program will ask you a series of questions to determine if you are eligible for HOH after you select Single and have added the dependent.

If he was born in 2023 then where asked how long they lived in your home you should have selected the Whole Year.

After selecting that you were Single and after you have entered your child as your dependent who lived with your for the Whole Year and indicating that no one else could claim him and that no one else in the home supported him and that he did not provide over one-half of his own support, and you entered his Social Security number and did NOT select the box indicated the SSN was not valid for employment.

After that, the TurboTax program would have asked you a series of questions about you, your dependent and did you provide over one-half the cost to maintain your home. Answering the questions correctly, the program would have give you Head of Household filing status.
