In TurboTax Online, click on Live Tax Advice in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

I must be in a different universe.

There no LIVE TAX ADVICE in the upper right hand corner of the screen that opens from that link.

It is only available if you are using the TurboTax online Deluxe edition or higher and are accessing the 2023 online tax return. (May not be shown if using the Free edition)

If you are using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions, it is Not available.
