Where is my 2020 tax program? I signed up for the advantage program.

When do I receive the new program?

Sign in to TurboTax on the account that is associated with your Advantage program

Click Intuit Account at the bottom left and then Products and Billing.  Your download will be there.

You must use the exact same User ID you used to purchase the software when signing onto your download account here - https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/account/secure/login.jsp?pagecontext=download

 

If that link does not show your purchase for download then use this TurboTax website - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/app/downloads/
