Where is my 2015 refund applied to my 2016 estimated tax?

Turbo Tax has only looked at my 1040X return where I had to pay an additional amount. However, I filed a 1040 form earlier that showed $7000 applied to my 2016 estimated taxes which you have ignored. How can I add this amount? You will not allow me to do this with the current online program!

If your estimates paid are not showing up and you're NOT getting credit for them,

  1. Go to Deductions and Credits 

  2. Go down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid 

  3. Click Start or Update by Estimates 

  4. Select Federal estimated taxes for 2016 (Form 1040ES) or State estimated taxes for 2016. 

  5. Choose one that fits your situation.
