I have the same issue, I purchased the 2021 from the link you posted, but when I start my return its for 2022.

Funny but for the prior year programs the tax year is obvious however not for the current tax year unless you pay attention to the purchase screen. I have mentioned this before as folks are misled especially during the switch to the new tax year.
