Where do I find the section where I let TurboTax know I already paid some money towards my taxes, and need to add that amount for my rebate?

I've spent over 40 minutes just searching for this one section, which is not where it should be.

When you requested your extension you were supposed to pay your estimated tax due. Did you enter the payment you made into your tax return?

Go to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>Other Income Taxes
