Where do I enter the amount from Box 3 of 1099 Div?

My 1099-div shows an amount in Boxes 3 and 5. Where do I enter them?

Level 10

On the 1099-div screen, check My form has info in more than just these boxes. The drop-down screen lets you enter data in Box 3 and 5.

Level 2

I have two 1099-DIV forms which have entries in Box 3 and Box 5. No drop down box appears in Turbotax to allow entry of this information. I get all the additional, little used fields when I click but none have drop-down boxes permitting data entry.

Level 15

In TurboTax Online, there is a box that can be checked at the bottom of the page with entries 1a., 1b., and 2a. Check the box My form has info in other boxes (this is uncommon) and more boxes will show up below this where you can enter information.
