There is a known issue that some customers are not seeing the filling instructions on the Cover page. To locate the Filling instructions page follow the steps below: From the TurboTax home screen locate the left panel. Click on Tax Tools, then Print Center. (if you don't see the Tax tools menu right away, open any section of your return, for example your W-2 section, then try again to locate the left panel) click on Print, save or preview this year's return. The Filing Instructions page will be included.

Please. I tried several ways and still without showing the instructions. Even I contacted Turbotax and they couldn't find the way even sharing my screen. They told me to do exactly the same as last year, but this year is different, I have multiple 1099s in addition of my W2. I still do not know what to do, where to send my paper return, and which documents should I add.

Include your W-2s and any 1099s that have tax withheld. Refer to the IRS Tax Tip HOW TO PREPARE YOUR TAX RETURN FOR MAILING for additional information.

To find the address to mail your tax return, refer to the IRS website Where to file paper tax returns with or without a payment?

To find out the address to mail your state return you need to check your State Department of Revenue website to get the address . Refer to the TurboTax Help article How do I contact my state's Department of Revenue? and select your state.
