When I signed into Fidelity Investment to import 1099 info, stated $20.00 credit on Turbo Tax, Chose Premier and it still shows $79.99 fee. When is $20.00 credit given

In order to get this discount reflected in your TurboTax account, please follow this process:
- Log out of your TurboTax account
- Go to the Fidelity website and login to your Fidelity account OR open any emails you may have received from Fidelity that mention the TurboTax discount
- From within the Fidelity website or the email, click on the link for discounted TurboTax
- This will take you to a special TurboTax website for Fidelity customers
- Log into TurboTax from this site and the discount will be applied to your account
