Try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full cache will keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox if you're currently using Chrome and vice versa.

my 166$ turbo tax deluxe experts dont even know. (4 of them). I think its a software issue and turbo tax really needs to fix it.

Same. I also paid for the deluxe.
The expert said to check the next day, I checked the next day and it wasn't updated.

I've been checking everyday to see if it's been resolved and have yet to get a response or help.

I am getting the same exact error. Turbotax has not updated their software definitions. I tried on H&R Block's software and did not get the same error.

My friends also used H&R and said they didn't have problems.

They also said it's CHEAPER.

I guess it's time to switch.

Having this problem on ProSeries software too. It's 2/3/2022 and no fixes. I update the program daily and there are no Hawaii N-11 updates solve this issue. What is being done to solve?
