Question

What is the street address for the IRS to completely fill out my Form 1099-INT?

It keeps telling me to review the form because it needs an address for the paper. The IRS' address is simply "Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service, Austin, TX". There is no street name nor a P.O. Box listed on any document.

your choice: delete the info from the section for payer info.  all you need for 1099-int is the payer's name (at the top) and the amount

 

or enter any address you want. this info is not transmitted to the IRS so you could enter 281 Apple In Eden 😀

Try deleting the address completely and leave it blank and it should go through for you.
