What is a 2120 form and why wont it allow to put in a name or give an option that this does not pertain to me

Form 2120 is a multiple support agreement. This usually applies in situations where family members pool resources to support a disabled family member. No one in the group provides more than 50% of the financial support, but each person provides at least 10% of the support.

If this doesn't apply to you, you can delete the form in TurboTax online by doing the following:

Log into your return.
In the left hand navigation, click on the Tools link.
In the Tools box, click on Delete a Form
In the Forms list, find the Form 2120 and click delete.

This should remove your issues with this form.
