What if spouse refuses to give out dl number.can we still e-file in texas,
i am trying to file a joint return but spouse refuses to give out driver license number, we live in texas, how can i e-file,
It’s not a requirement to enter your driver’s license to file the return, but could delay it being processed in some states. Please see below for more details.
