I filed my tax return after 15 April, however I live in abroad. However, after i filed my tax return and accepted by IRS, I filed an extension. If could be a problem? What should I do in this case?

The deadline to file the 2021 taxes was 4/18 and if you filed the return before the extension the extension will be ignored.  Extensions only give you more time to file which you already did.  They do not give you more time to pay.   If you had a balance on the return expect the IRS to send you a notice in the mail for possible late payment penalties and/or interest.  Pay the balance due ASAP if you have not done so yet.

Thanks for the answer, My balance is 0$ so nothing to pay however, how can I check if there is a penalty or something else to pay? I am a bit new in these things. @Critter-3

If you have no taxes owed there will be no penalties ... only balance due returns get penalized so there is nothing to worry about.

If you are a U.S. citizen or resident alien, you may qualify for an automatic extension of time to file without filing Form 4868. You qualify if, on the due date of your return, you meet one of the following conditions.
• You live outside the United States and Puerto Rico and your main place of business or post of duty is outside the United States and Puerto Rico.
• You are in military or naval service on duty outside the United States and Puerto Rico.
This extension gives you an extra 2 months to file and pay the tax, but interest will be charged from the original due date of the return on any unpaid tax. You must include a statement showing that you meet the requirements.

When I look my account, it says it is accepted and shows $0 as refund amout. Is it mean that I do not have any tax payment?

COuld you help me to understand that? Thanks @Mike9241

Did you fill out the extension?  You may have had a tax due on the extension.  Turbo Tax might think you paid it from the extension.  Check your 1040 line 31 and see if it shows an amount paid with extension.   Then you need to pay that.
