What does supplie mean on my w2 box 14? I’m stumped. It needs a category but I can’t put it in one if I don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s a typo?

Employers can put just about anything in box 14; it's a catch-all for items that don't have their own dedicated box on the W-2. If none of the categories apply, scroll to the bottom of the list and choose Other–not on above list.

What is box 14 on my W-2 for?

@MayaD Thank you! I was worried I would get it wrong, but that’s what I categorized it as. I’m wondering if it’s a typo, because that’s not how you spell supply, so… lol

Ask the employer what they meant to solve the mystery. Maybe if you look at your check stub something will pop out at you.
