What do I put for residency on 2023? I thought it was also my birthdate....

Not sure what you think your date of birth has to do with your residency in 2023? Use the mailing address on your tax return that you want the IRS and state to use if they need to mail you letter or a check. You will enter your date of birth in My Info. You are not being asked anywhere in the software about where you have lived since 1985. You will be asked where you lived in 2022, since you are preparing a 2022 tax return.
