Question

We received a 1095-B with only my husband listed as the covered individual. We provide insurance for my 2 children, but their names are not listed. Should we be on it?

You do not enter anything about a 1095B on a tax return.   You only enter a 1095A if you had health insurance from healthcare.gov.    If you did not get a 1095A when it asks about 1095A you say NO and just move on in the software.   1095B is for your own information only.

This TurboTax support community is for income tax questions. You do not have a tax problem, you have an insurance problem. You have to contact the company or organization that you get the insurance from and make sure that everyone who you think should be covered actually is covered. As xmasbaby0 said, Form 1095-B has nothing to do with your tax return.
