A bank or other financial institution has to be an import partner with TurboTax, and there are a lot of banks that aren't. I assume you are on the screen "Let's import your tax info." If you simply don't want to import the information, or if your financial institution is not a participating import partner with TurboTax, then you don't have to use that search field that says to enter the bank name or sign-in URL. Instead, you can scroll down below the logos and choose the button "Change how I enter my form."On the next screen, which asks "How do you want to add your form?," scroll down to the bottom and choose the button "Type it in myself."Then it will let you start entering the institution name, etc.
