Wages page for Detroit is not showing up

Wages page for Detroit is not showing up. I was a part time resident last year. I went through all questions several times, but my W2 income still is not showing up on my return (I did not submit it yet). I selected that I need a Detroit return and noted i was a part time resident. There isn't a wages page where I can enter information manually. W2 income is showing on Michigan return but not Detroit. It just says I'm owed a refund, which I know is incorrect because it's the same amount that I submitted as an estimated tax payment last year.

Follow these steps to trigger the Detroit wages:

  1. Navigate into your Michigan state return.
  2. Locate the section for City Income Tax Returns or Detroit City Return and click Revisit/Edit.
  3. F Proceed carefully through the Detroit interview questions. Look for a screen titled "Allocate Your Income to Detroit," "Manually Enter Detroit Income," or "Tell Us About Your Part-Year Detroit Wages."  Note: You may need to click "Yes" when asked if you have "other income not listed" to force this specific screen to appear.
  4. Do not select any option that says "allocate based on federal percentage." You must select the option that allows you to "I will enter specific dollar amounts."
  5. You will see a list of income types. For the "Detroit Portion" of your wages, enter the dollar amount you calculated was earned during your part-year residency.
  6. Proceed through the rest of the interview. The software should now correctly include this income and recalculate your Detroit return.
