As of 12 Feb 2022 USAA Federal Savings Bank not on the list of banks to get financial information despite the logo being on the download page. When does Turbo tax plan to fix this?

USAA Investments and USAA Mutual Funds, brought to you by Victory are mutual funds. USAA Federal Bank is a bank it the one with the logo on your page. They sold the Mutual funds to a capital investment fund years ago. That is what you are talking about.

Are you trying to enter a 1099? What kind?

Don't enter the bank or broker name and don't try to import it. It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it. At the bottom pick - Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself

Hi VolvoGirl,

I have 6 bank accounts, both checking and savings - they also sell mortgages. Yes I could enter my interest and dividend and interest manually, but I expect when Turbo tax has the Bank's logo on the page that says we can automatically retrieve your bank information they we be one of the banks.....

I could also manually enter my mortgage and W-2 and all of my information. I could also file by mail. I would like Turbo Tax not to set the expectation they can connect to my financial institution when they cannot.
