Unable to Install a Separate License (2nd license) on Desktop

Hi,

I'm trying to install TT Deluxe on a PC which has TT Premier already installed.

The Premier version is on a different User Account than I'm trying to install Deluxe on.

I've tried different suggestions from searches, such as;

Open Turbo Tax-->Products & Billing-->Enter Second License Code-->Choose Windows etc...

Supposedly this let's you add and activate a new license without uninstalling the current software.

I'm unable to navigate to anything that says Products & Billing.

Please advise and thank you for your time.

Two editions of the TurboTax personal edition software for the same tax year cannot be installed on one computer.

Just to make sure...even if they are two different products? Premier and Deluxe.

@patmac59 Yes, even if they are Deluxe and Premier. If the same tax year, only one of them can be installed.
