Unable to change email address.

Hello.  I have access to my my intuit account but when I try changing my email address the page just does a quick reload almost like a flicker and is back with the old email address. 

I'm using Safari ver. 13.1.1 and also tried Chrome Version 83.0.4103.116. 

I have emptied the history, cookies and cache of the browsers and same thing. 

Any ideas ?

    So after 40 minutes on the phone with support and getting nowhere.  I kept trying.  finally tried it on Chrome in my iPhone.. and that worked.  on the first try and not one problem.  the previous tries the site was also not letting me turn on the two step verification and that also worked on the mobile version of Chorome. 

    Just in case someone runs into the same issue.
