can not edit/delete 1099-g for unemployment

Have you tried deleting the form? See the following on how to delete a form, choose the instructions for the version you are using.

Here's how to delete forms in TurboTax Online:

1. Open your return, if it's not already open.

2. In the lower left corner, click Tools.

3. In the pop-up window, select Delete a form.

4. Click Delete next to the form or schedule and follow the instructions to remove the form/schedule.

To edit the amount that you entered:

In your TurboTax Return,

Go To Your income and expenses
Scroll to Unemployment and click the Edit or Revisit button to edit your information

If you are unable to edit the form, you can delete it and re-enter:
