Question

Turbotax running slow after state tax import

Everything was running fine with Turbotax until I loaded the California State Tax Form.

Now it is very sluggish. Takes several minutes to make each entry.

Any thoughts?

If you are using TurboTax online, I would suggest the options below to fix this sluggish issue:

Check your internet connection, then try to logging out and sign back into the program.
Also, try clearing your cache and delete your cookies and signing back into the program.
You may also try a different browser.
