Solved

TurboTax is changing my state to match my bank from my 1099-int (not where I live) and then saying my zip is invalid for e-filing. It won't let me fix the state.

It only will let me change the zip (which is already correct) the state is what's wrong. Also, it's not wrong on the 1099-int, just in TurboTax.

I found the solution myself, it's to delete the 1099-int and manually enter the data.  Frustrating that I can see people have been having this same problem for several years and TurboTax hasn't fixed it.
