TurboTax H&B 1 free state
I have been using TurboTax Home & Business for almost 15 years. It has always included 1 free state return. There is an extra charge for e-filing the state return but I always print out the state and mail it. I'm doing the 2014 return. I have e-filed the federal return and it has been accepted. When I try to do the state return, it wants to charge me $45 to do the state return (not including e-filing). This is just to do the return.
This has never happened before. What do I do?
