Turbotax deluxe in cludes state download but does not include state efile anymore?

With the downloaded program the state efile was always an extra fee ... you can print and mail the return instead.

.....seems like there is always an exception.

Except for NY...no e-file fee for that state.

Note too that the desktop software state e-file fee for the other states usually goes up from $20 to $25 on 1 March, but TTX has not announced whether they will use that date this year. But get it fully done right the first time, even if that takes you into March (or heaven forbid, April)
