I purchased TurboTax 2023 from BJs. I have a CD with a label of TurboTax 2023. My laptop does not have a CD-ROM Drive. When I try to access the dowload, the latest edition I see is 2022. Where is the download for 2023?

There should be instructions with the CD on how to download it instead. Did you see this one?

I forgot that I installed Nord VPN on my laptop. As soon as I disabled the VPN the download successfully completed and Turbo Tax 2023 has been successfully installed.
