Turbotax 2022 -can't open prior return after upgrading laptop
I did our 2022 taxes which included multiple states (which required additional purchases). I upgraded my laptop and reinstalled the Desktop 2022 Turbotax and brought over all my past turbotax files on the new machine. However when I try to open the tax return in TT, I get a 190 error saying one of the states previously purchased is not installed on the new laptop and asks that I pay for it again. How do I get a state I previously paid for to install on the new laptop without paying again?
