confirm payment doesn't work

Click on Review to see if your tax returns has forms and/or schedules that have not yet been finalized in TurboTax and the date they will be available.

If your return does have forms and/or schedules which have not been finalized then you will not be able to pay for or e-file the tax return.

Maybe you are waiting for some forms. Click Review to see if you are missing some forms needed in order to e-file.

Many federal and state forms are not yet available. Check here for form availability. The dates are subject to change.

I can't get this to work either- everything has been reviewed, nothing is outstanding and button doesn't work! Acts like it is thinking but then you can click back on the screen like you never clicked confirm payment. HELP!
