Question

Turbo Tax is saying I need to upgrade to Deluxe version because I have a foreign account. I don't (yes I triple checked). Seems like a scam to me Anyone else?

    You might need to review your entries for Form 1099-INT to be sure you had no interest in Box 6. Often this will trigger the foreign account upgrade.

    I was wondering if any $$ in box 7 of a 1099-DIV ....might also trigger it.
