Turbo Tax Files for 2025

I filed our taxes on Apr 14. The IRS and the state both acknowledge receipt. When I went to check the status of our state refund, I discovered that the Turbo Tax file shows that the return was not yet submitted. I ran the search tool for additional accounts and did not find anything other than a supposedly incomplete return. I have hard and soft copies of the filings. So, we have the records.

Question: Where is my data? Did I get hacked? Is someone messing around with my computer?

How did they acknowledge the receipt?

Did you efile the state? Maybe you didn't finish filing it. Was your state return Accepted? Log in to check your efile status

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. And check your spam or junk folder for them.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say for state?
