    To enter a Schedule K-1

    • Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
      Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
      Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
      Scroll down to Business Items (Business Investment and Estate/Trust Income using Home and Business)
      On Schedule K-1, click on the start or update button


    Or enter k-1 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Go to k-1

    This is NOT complimentary to your company, one bit. Don't allow people to use your service 24/7 w/0 24/7 support to resolve issues. NOT SMART business.   Smarten up.

    Tax season is from January thru April of each tax year.  During tax season TurboTax support is available 12 hours a day, seven days a week.

    There is no reason to have agents available 24/7 when the vast majority of taxpayers have filed their tax returns prior to April 15.

    TurboTax support After tax season is available from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday.

    If your complaint is that support being available for 60 hours each week is not sufficient, then contact support during business hours to voice your complaint.

    I just file my 2019 taxes, and its keeps getting rejected because they asked for the AGI for 2018.  I put in the right figure and it still will not take.  Need help

    At this point, if it keeps rejecting:

    1. First try entering  a for agi
    2. if that doesn't work print and mail the return in for this year.

    Hello, need help. didnt receive download info on 2020 turbotax, so tried to reorder. made mess of it. am severly handicap. It apears my windows keyboard sticking. replaced it. it seams an order was placed for wikndows don loa..rd & Mac CD. wbhat I wand is a Windows 2020 CD. Please issue credit for all previous purchases amounts should be $330.00 dollars and bill me the $110.00 for windows CD purchase. Please send me reply email advising when credited for other purchases. didnt receive any info on processing purchjase. also advise when Windows CD will ship. email address: [email address removed].     You can call TurboTax and speak with an agent.  TurboTax customer service/support does not have a single phone number but has many different phone numbers based on the type of platform used.  So that we can direct your call to the best person/department to help you:

    1. Click on this link:  https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
    2. Select your TurboTax platform.  
    3. Ask your question / state your problem.  Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
    4. Click Submit.
    5. On the next screen, choose the Call option and follow the instructions.  You will be given the approximate wait time.  

    You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular issue.

    @KathleenYonan   Did you already file?

     

    You cannot cancel or change or add anything on the return that you e-filed.  It is too late, just like when you put an envelope in a US mailbox

    Now you have to wait until the IRS either rejects or accepts your return. If your return is rejected, you will be able to go into your account and add or change it and resend it. Click on Add a State to let you back into your return..

    If the IRS accepts your return, then you have to wait until it has been fully processed and you have received your refund or paid the tax due. THEN you can prepare an amended tax return 1040X and mail it in. You cannot e-file an amended return.  Meanwhile, DO NOT change anything on your return until you start the amended return. If you did change or add the missing info then take it out and put your return back to the way it was when you first filed it.

    Only the IRS can tell you. They don't update Turbo Tax.  Did you efile?  Was your return Accepted?

    How do I pay for additional uses of my Home & Business. I have filed for five members of my family AFTER starting with my more complicated return and waiting for a late K-1 to be sent?

    The limit is 5 federal e-files.  The limit is set by IRS rules for personal tax preparation software.  Any further tax returns can only be printed and mailed.
