TT knowingly charged for Expert Service I did not use. Page showed charge of $59 and my CC. Next page was a receipt for $189 plus tax
4/15/26 Fed Return Only Basic Service - The payment page showed $59 for BASIC Service, with my chosen CC #. I hit confirm, and WAS BILLED $188 plus tax for Expert Assist Premium. You lied, misrepresented and ripped me off. I never spoke to any expert, and in fact was not happy how relentlessly you pushed the upsell this year. I expect a credit. I am shocked.
Please credit $129. I will be happy to pay the $59 I agreed to, and should have been charged.

TT turned me down 4 times. Wells Fargo CC cannot get price reduction without a copy of the $59 Charge Page. No One screenshots Invoice Page, we trust vendors like TT. NO MORE.
