Trying to log in and complete my taxes but all I am getting is a continual circle.

Correct user name and password, but once I click on continuing my taxes on the income, Turbotax goes into a circle mode and never comes back online. Been doing this for 2 days

Did you try rebooting your computer or device? Clear your cache and history?

That is caused by "cookies".

Clear browsing data for ALL TIME and use the Chrome browser.
If you do not have Chrome, it is worth taking a few minutes to download it. TurboTax seems to work best on Chrome. Clear browsing data for all time and do it often to avoid problems the system going in circles.
