Cant remember last years password to transfer files, keep getting the same runaround from turbo

You will need to access your last year's TurboTax Online account with the same username and password that you used last year. Once you gain access, if you are using Free Edition, you will need to upgrade to PLUS to access your prior year's return.

If you forgot the password, you will have to follow the steps below to go through the account recovery process so that you can gain access to last year's account.
