Question
trying to do amended e-file, stuck at step 2 (Your refund info)
I talked to the helper people (not much to be had) and have done everything suggested. I have used multiple different PC's with multiple browsers. Something isn't letting it go to the step ③Get ready to save and file your amended returns. Please check on this and let me know.
The lady I spoke with on the phone said to just keep trying it each day and once Turbo Tax updates their software it will work... I don't feel like this is accurate though.
BTW I am using the Premium Online version but the drop boxes below say Premier.
