Trying to buy Hawaii State for a month. When I try to pay I get this response. " Hmmm. it looks like we hit a snag. Check back in a bit." Anyone else having this issue?

No.... This happens for me for the desktop version for downloading North Carolina state too. I can't finish my return. Bait & switch; Intuit is making it impossible to file also because of "hitting a snag."

I've gone on my Intuit account to insure there's a credit card. I completely removed and reinstalled program. I've removed credit card an put in anew.

I called support. After over an hour and multiple "hold pleases", I was told "just wait." It's now been weeks and NO SOLUTION !
